DISPLAYS:

2 Place, Lane, Time PST Displays located at the finishline at the
2003 USATF National Junior Olympics in Miami, Fl.
For this meet we had 2 scrolling numeric displays at the finishline (pictured),
one at the 100m start, one at the 200m start and one at the 1500m start (all 4 corners were covered).
In addition, there were 2 alpha-numeric displays angled on the home stretch.
A total of 7 displays around the track.  Covers were probably not necessary but given the amount
of rain and humidity in Miami we opted to be safe.
NOTE:  the PST displays are foldable which makes trasport and setup a snap.  Check out PST’s website.

Single PST ALGE Display at Finishline 1 at the US Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, Ca.
Nice training venue, but a little tough when running a meet...normal wind flow and track markings dictate
2 finishlines.

Small Chronomix Display and another PST ALGE at beginning of home stretch.
Small Chronomix acts as a pace clock for runners and ALGE acts as another spectator display.
An additional Small Chronomix is avialable as a pace clock at the 1,500m start.

Dual PST ALGE's at yet another venue's finishline. Clock on the left acts as a spectator display for stands on  the other side of the field. Clock on the right acts as both finishline pace clock and spectator display.
Note: clocks are hooked up to timing system via wireless ethernet adapters located on top of the right hand clock.  Battery packs are located in "black box" behind.

Alpha-Numeric Display -gives Place, Lane, Last Name, and Mark.
This display can also be used to send 3 lines of field event results as well.

Here are 2 alpha-numeric displays stacked to give 6 lines of results.
Example shows field event results.  I have also used these to send
Cross Country team rankings as well --in both single 3 line and
stacked 6 line configurations.

Microgate (available from Lynx) Alpha-Numeric board in Miami, Fl for the 2003 USATF Junior Olympics.  Covers were probably not necessary but given the amount of rain and humidity in Miami we opted to be safe.

Above are 2 MicroTAB boards (available from Lynx)
linked together to give a paging one line of: Place, Name, and Time.
The ALGE clock is used for a size reference.

Here is a single MicroTAB board (3’ long) that will page:
Place/Lane on one screen and then Time (below)on the next
--for each athlete.  Both of these scripts (2 board and single board)
are built right into the Finishlynx software --as well as scripts for many other displays.

Here is a single MicroTAB being used as a field event
result board.  Results are sent via a FieldLynx palm pilot unit.

-The board first displays the athlete’s current standing and last name (above)
-Then pages to the athlete’s mark (shown here in metric... and then the English conversion).
